As for your query about the comparison between a GPS cellphone & an tablet device, its purely a matter of personal choice. I'd rather go for a GPS cellphone to have multiple features in a single device. But one might feel more comfortable with a tablet device permanently fitted in her car, so that its always there wherever you drive it without fearing to forget it!
