Wild Rice Hotdish

Well rest easy because The Century Times has you covered! Just follow these easy steps and dazzle your family and friends with the culinary skills nobody knew you had.
What you’ll need:
- 2 cups wild rice (cleaned and cooked)**
- 1 cup celery; diced
- ½ cup green peppers; diced
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 can chicken rice soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water chestnuts; sliced
**Clean rice by bringing water to boil with rice in pan. Repeat 3 times or more.
Mix all ingredients in oven safe dish and bake in oven on 350° for one hour. Set aside and cover.
